[تم الحل] WP Menu Sync Custom Links

Background of the issue:
I am trying to sync the translated content to the custom links on my site الرابط المخفي. We have translated text for four custom links: 'What We Do', 'Privacy Policy', 'Terms of Use', and 'Accessibility Policy' into French Canadian. I followed the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=gui&utm_campaign=menu-sync#option-3-automatic-menus-sync-by-wpml but I am confused because it's not showing up. I don't really want to use "Translating Menus That Appear Different in Each Language" because it's only 4 links.

Symptoms:
I clicked to sync the French Canadian translations, but they didn't show up. I also cleared page cache. The menu sync page only shows the link without the translated text. When I click on 'sync', it only shows the untranslated link.

Questions:
What do I need to do to get the translated text to show?
What should I do to get it to show?
