Background of the issue:
I am trying to display recipe measurements correctly in French on my website. My first language is English, and the second one is French. I have measurements in metrics and US customary units. The issue can be seen on this page: الرابط المخفي

Symptoms:
In the French version of recipes, measurements sometimes incorrectly display in US customary units and decimals instead of fractions and grams. This issue mainly occurs on mobile devices. When I switch to the English version in metrics and then return to the French recipe card, the measurements correct themselves.

Questions:
Why do measurements display incorrectly in the French version on the first visit?
How can I ensure measurements display correctly in French without switching languages?
