[Решено] Automatic translation has hung up

Background of the issue:
I am trying to have a post translated automatically on my site скрытая ссылка using WPML. The ATE has successfully translated 8 other posts today.

Symptoms:
The automatic translation for one post is stuck in the queue at 0%, with less than 1 minute to go, and is not completing. I have already canceled and restarted the translation, but it still doesn't work.

Questions:
Why is the automatic translation for this specific post not completing?
What steps can I take to resolve the issue with the translation queue?
