Background of the issue:
I am trying to display documents using a block and shortcode setup. Documents are filtered by program and displayed in two separate blocks on the same page - one showing documents in English, and the other showing documents in Spanish. Symptoms:
When viewing the translated version of the page, no documents are appearing, even though the shortcode is the exact same between the English and Spanish translated pages using WPML and works on the default language version.

Questions:
Why are documents not showing up in the translated language?
How can I ensure documents are visible in both English and Spanish versions of the page?
