[Решено] Homepage & English Header Problem

Background of the issue:
I am having problems with my website скрытая ссылка. I have created the website using Elementor and the Hello Elementor theme. I am following the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/.

Symptoms:
1) When I select English language, the header gets disabled. 2) The translator language selector is not showing on the homepage.

Questions:
Why does the header get disabled when I select the English language?
Why is the translator language selector not showing on the homepage?
