Background of the issue:
I have migrated my site from Drupal to WordPress and now some of the posts are not connected to their Hebrew version. I want to connect the Hebrew and English versions of my posts together. If there is no translation available, I want to show the English/Hebrew post as it is in their conversion mode. To ensure the posts that are connected to each other, I've imported the tnid of them into the post meta table. Now I have the translation of the posts, but they are not connected to each other.

Symptoms:
Posts are not connected to their translated versions after migration from Drupal to WordPress.

Questions:
How can I connect the Hebrew and English versions of my posts together using WPML?
What steps should I take if there is no translation available to display the post in its original language?
