[Решено] I want to auto-translate using local memory only

Background of the issue:
I want to auto-translate my website, скрытая ссылка, using ONLY what was saved locally in the memory from previously translated posts, without using outside services such as Google Translate.

Symptoms:
Now when I let it automatically translate it uses both local memory and services like Google Translate, I want only what I saved to be used.

Questions:
How can I configure WPML to use only translations that were saved into memory from previously translated posts and no other source or service?
