Background of the issue:
I am attempting to export a product translation from one site (source: скрытая ссылка) and import it into another site (destination: скрытая ссылка) using All Export Pro, All Import Pro, and WPML Export and Import. Both sites use Danish as the default language and English as the second language. The destination site is a copy of the source site and contains the same pages and products, except for translations of products, categories, and tags.
Symptoms:
During the import process, a new category term with the same name but a different slug was unexpectedly created in the Danish Category Hierarchy in the destination site, instead of linking the product to the existing category term.

Why did the import process create a new category term with the same name instead of linking to the existing category term?
What information in the product export bundle is used to determine if a Category Term already exists?
