I am experiencing several issues with my website's translations and links, specifically on the English version of the site. The site URL is скрытая ссылка

Symptoms:
Many strings on the site are not translated. Despite having set up translations, certain elements remain in German. String translation doesn't seem to work properly. Even after translating strings in the WPML String Translation interface, they do not reflect on the site. The slugs for various pages and posts on the English site are still in German. Most links on the English site are broken and redirect users to the German version of the site.
