[Решено] pages offline after altering string translation

Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and recently filled in the string translation 'page-builder-shortcode-strings-163' using WPML.

Symptoms:
All website pages except the homepage are showing 404-errors after altering the string translation.

Questions:
Why are all pages except the homepage showing 404 errors after updating the string translation?
How can I resolve the 404 errors on my website pages?
