Farhad	Background of the issue: I had two languages: English and Hebrew. English was set as the primary. I changed Hebrew to be the primary language and disabled English. The problem is that the Site Language is still set to English and it won’t let me change it. Symptoms: The Site Language is still set to English and it won’t let me change it. Questions: Why is the Site Language still set to English after changing the primary language to Hebrew? How can I change the Site Language to Hebrew?

Background of the issue:
I had two languages: English and Hebrew. English was set as the primary. I changed Hebrew to be the primary language and disabled English. The problem is that the Site Language is still set to English and it won’t let me change it.
