Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate certain links on my website скрытая ссылка using WPML. Some links are not being translated to the correct language on various pages.

Symptoms:
Links in the footer under the training section and on sector pages are not linking to the correct language version. For example, on the page скрытая ссылка, the icons at the bottom still link to the other language instead of English. The page скрытая ссылка has the same issue at the bottom, but other sector pages do not. The page скрытая ссылка has many issues with links not being translated correctly.
