[Решено] Translated String not showing on front end

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate some strings in a widget in my website footer at скрытая ссылка. I had a similar issue before, and Noman from support added some XML config codes to fix it. I changed the design and some widgets, so I removed the previous XML code. Now, I have the same problem with a new widget and tried writing the XML code myself, but it doesn't work.

Symptoms:
Translated strings in a widget are not showing on the front end.

How can I fix the issue of translated strings not showing on the front end?
What XML configuration is needed for the new widget?
