Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate web pages from German to English using string translation. The issue can be seen on the page: скрытая ссылка.

Symptoms:
I expected to see all elements of the page translated, but instead, I only got the page title.

Questions:
Why are only the page titles being translated?
How can I ensure all elements of the page are translated?
