Background of the issue:
I was attempting to translate content using WPML but encountered issues with translation credits not displaying correctly.

Symptoms:
Despite unregistering and re-registering the site and adding credits, the system still displays the error message: 'You have no credits.'

Questions:
Why are the translation credits not showing even after re-registering and adding new credits?
When will a permanent solution be provided for this recurring issue?
