Background of the issue:
I have a template for posting Ads in English, but when changed to French and Swahili, some options/categories are not visible to be translated. Example in English this post, the change to French and see the changes: скрытая ссылка

Symptoms:
Some options/categories are not visible to be translated when switching from English to French and Swahili.

Questions:
How can I make all options/categories visible for translation in French and Swahili so that they can be seen on Ad page in all languages?
