[Решено] update plugins on DEV environment

Background of the issue:
I am trying to update plugins (WPML Media Translation, WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation) on my DEV website: скрытая ссылка. It's a DEV environment, and you can't access it.

Symptoms:
I can't update plugins and receive the message: 'You are using an unregistered version of WPML and are not receiving compatibility and security updates'. Clicking the link on wpml.org in 'my account' doesn't change anything.

Questions:
How can I update WPML plugins on my DEV environment?
Why am I receiving the message about using an unregistered version of WPML?
