Background of the issue:
I am trying to use prepaid credits to translate my site. I expected the credits to be connected to this site like they are on the WPML site.

Symptoms:
The site is showing inactive on WPML site even though the plugin appears activated in WordPress. I am being prompted to add more credits.

Questions:
Why is my site showing inactive even though the plugin appears activated?
Why am I being prompted to add more credits when I expected them to be connected?
