[Закрытые] if it is possible to connect two post as a translation via a hook or somehow in the functions.php

Im wondering if it is possible to connect two post as a translation via a hook or somehow in the functions.php -> background: im getting my post from an external system and creating them. For all the post of my second language im using the action "wpml_set_element_language_details" for moving them to my second language. But the problem is now that they are not connected as a translation with my first langauge. So i can not use the language switcher in the frontend. So somehow i would need to connect the two post ids as a translation in my custom code, is there any possible way?
