[Решено] Large white space in header

Hello! Our website at latinobuilt.org has an english/spanish translation setup. For some reason, when you select Spanish, a white header bar appears at the top of the page with the two language links on display. However, the bar disappears when english is selected. I set it up so the translation links appear in the main menu bar at the end so I don't understand why this is happening?
