I don't see the option to use automatic translation for other languages (only manual)

So my idea was to first make manual translations for English where I remove the unused parts. Based on the English version I'd like to then add all the other translations (idaelly fully automated). Is that possible? Because I just created an english version of my main page but now I don't see the option to use automatic translation for other languages (only manual). How would I approach this?
