[Решено] settings for some dropdown meta fields but they are shown as not translateable

Hi, I am having an issue with a site I am developing. I need to change the settings for some dropdown meta fields but they are shown as not translateable. Selecting the option to translate them has no effect. I am attaching some screenshots.
