Symptoms: There is a loading icon near the WPML logo on the admin dashboard that has been present for 2 days. Hovering over it shows a lot of logs. Clearing cache and fixing tables from the troubleshoot page did not help. Questions: Why is there a loading icon near the WPML logo on the admin dashboard? What do the logs indicate when hovering over the loading icon? How can I resolve the continuous loading issue with WPML?
