Background of the issue:
I am trying to fix a warning message related to the WPML plugin on my site скрытая ссылка. I have attempted to unregister WPML and added the development key from the WPML site, but the error persists on both the development and live sites.

Symptoms:
Warning message - WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org.

Questions:
How can I resolve the warning message that WPML cannot connect to wpml.org?
Why does the error persist even after adding the development key from the WPML site?
