[ปิด] Translation stack on "in progress" state. We cannot publish

Even if the translation is complete it remain in "on progess" state (in Italian "in corso"). What can I do for publish this translation? I know that out website has caching of various type, we already clean and deactivated all the plugin, event object cache and redis cache but this doesn't resolve the issue.
