Cart & Checkout in Latvian not everything is translated (asap)

Problem with translation of Latvian version of cart & checkout (I saw such problem in - https://wpml.org/ru/forums/topic/cart-checkout- %d1%81%d1%82%d1%80%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%b8%d1%86%d1%8b-%d0%bd%d0%b5-%d0%bc%d0%be%d0%b3%d1%83-%d0%bf%d0%b5%d1%80%d0%b5%d0%b2%d0%b5%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b8/ ). I did as recommended in the post, some strings appeared, but the rest did not. What can be the problem? (скрытая ссылка - add products and check cart or checkout)
