Background of the issue:
I have the Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual plugin. I've got a CPT that uses a number of ACF fields, the ACF group is set to Expert and I've marked a selection of ACF fields as 'Translate'.
Symptoms:
In WPML > Translation Management, the word count for the CPTs does not include the words in the ACF fields marked as 'Translate'.
Questions:
Why does the word count for the CPTs not include the words in the ACF fields marked as 'Translate'? When selecting a given post to translate it considers it already translated and ignores my ACF fields.
