Background of the issue:

Symptoms:
I get a new warning banner (隐藏链接) and a critical error when I try to save the draft or update the post (隐藏链接). The WPML Translation Management (for the post) hangs (隐藏链接).

Questions:
Why am I getting a new warning banner when trying to translate a new post?
What is causing the critical error when I try to save the draft or update the post?
Why is the WPML Translation Management hanging?
