Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate any page or post on my site 隐藏链接 using WPML, but I am unable to do so. There is not + sign to translate a page or post or any custom post. I dont understand what is going on.

Symptoms:
No + option appears for extra languages when trying to translate pages or posts.

Questions:
Why does the + option not appear for extra languages?
How can I enable translation options for pages and posts?
