Background of the issue:
I am developing a site and using WPML. I want to apply country-based restrictions on Belgium. When I change the language to English, French, or German, the product is still available in other countries. However, when the language is in Dutch (main language), the product does not show in other countries. I need to fix this issue so that the restriction applies in all languages.

Symptoms:
Country-based restrictions on Belgium are not working in English, French, or German languages, but they work in Dutch.

Questions:
How can I ensure that country-based restrictions apply in all languages?
