Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit posts in a custom post type (CPT) on my site 隐藏链接. I am using WPML and following the documentation on the WPML main site.

Symptoms:
When I click the WP admin bar edit while in translated language, it says 'Invalid post type.' Additionally, when I switch the language globally in the admin area from English to another language, all the CPTs disappear from the WP Admin menu.

Questions:
Why do CPTs disappear from the WP Admin menu when I change the language?
How can I resolve the 'Invalid post type' error when trying to edit posts in CPT?
