Background of the issue:
I am trying to remove an old development website from WPML. The site is 隐藏链接, which no longer exists.
Symptoms:
When I click 'Add/remove credits' and then 'Remove credits', it asks me to login, but the website no longer exists. It also suggests removing the site key, but the website is not in my list of sites.

How can I remove credits from a site that no longer exists?
What should I do if the site is not listed in my WPML account?
