Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a few templates using string translation in WPML. I cannot find the template [Ruby_E_Template id="3459"] in the Dashboard > WPML > String translation. I have built header and footer templates from Dashboard > Ruby Template, and these shortcodes are available in the string translation.
