Background of the issue:
I am trying to access migration code from Translation Management -> Tools. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: 隐藏链接

Symptoms:
I get this error: "There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team."

Questions:
Why am I getting the error about connecting to automatic translation?
How can I resolve the issue to access the migration code?
