Issue with Translating Tickera Plugin Strings from English to Italian

The default language of my website is Italian. I translated the strings using the .po file provided by Tickera. For added assurance, I also exported the strings from WPML, manually translated them into Italian, and then imported them back. Symptoms: In both cases, the translations appear to be successful, as I can see the strings in Italian. However, on the front-end of the website, these strings remain in English and are not translated. Questions: Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Background of the issue:
