Background of the issue:
I am rebuilding my site from scratch, transitioning from a traditional PHP and CSS based child theme to a block-based theme. My developers have imported posts and pages at the database level.

Symptoms:
After re-importing the database to a fresh WordPress installation, the English translations appear in the DE backend, and the EN translations are not mapped or synced to their EN counterparts.

Questions:
How can I resolve the issue where English translations show in the DE backend and are not mapped to their EN counterparts?
Is there a specific procedure or documentation for correctly mapping and syncing translations in WPML after importing data on a database level?
