Background of the issue:
I had translated a website with automatic translations (pay as you go) and thought that URLs (slugs) would also get translated due to the settings. Now, I want to retranslate the website with different settings. I imported the website to a staging domain (隐藏链接) and want to delete all the content from the second languages first and then translate them again.
Symptoms:
When I remove the languages and try to delete the content from WPML options, it doesn't work. When I try to delete everything manually, the main language layout breaks.
Questions:
How can I delete all the content from the second languages without breaking the main language layout?
Why doesn't the WPML option to delete content work as expected?
