Background of the issue:
I am going to add a popup to 隐藏链接 where a user can select his shipping country. The popup will appear on first load and not again. The user's choice is saved in a cookie, and after someone chooses a country, he can get redirected to the English version of the site. I want to know if there is a way to make this happen via a code snippet.
