I am trying to translate text strings of a payment method (PayPal) and shipping methods on my site 隐藏链接. I have cleared the cache but do not see any changes on the front end. My site is running PHP version 8.3.9 with a memory limit of 1024M, memory usage of 214.07 MB, max execution time of 400, max input vars of 10000, and utf8mb4 charset enabled. The SimpleXML and Multibyte String extensions are loaded.
Symptoms:
