They don't have access to translate, for example, WPForms. I've tried to: 1. Remove them as both translators and translation managers and re-add them (both as translators first and as translation managers first) but that didn't help. 2. I tried to clear the WPML cache and the other actions under WPML > Support but that didn't help. Symptoms: The editors are labeled as 'false' and have limited access instead of having full rights as translators and translation managers. Questions: Why are the translation managers labeled as 'false'? How can I ensure they have full rights as translators and translation managers?

Background of the issue:
I've added three editors as both translators and translations managers, but they are labeled as 'false' in the translation management box. They don't have access to translate, for example, WPForms.
