Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and need to use a single translation for two countries/languages. I missed the notification for this previously created topic, and it is still unresolved. I have been discussing this issue on the WPML forum.

Is it possible to have AT and DE languages in sync when the original language is CZ?
Can I set a specific fallback language for each language, such as AT falling back to DE and EN_GB falling back to EN?
