Background of the issue:
I am trying to download the zip file of v4.6.14 from the website and extract it.

Symptoms:
When I download the zip file from the website, I get an 'unable to expand' error and cannot extract it.

Why am I unable to expand the downloaded zip file?
Is there a specific method to extract the plugin zip file?
