Background of the issue:
I am trying to update WPML plugins on my WordPress site running version 6.7.1 with the Woodmart theme version 8.0.6.

Symptoms:
WPML Export and Import reported an error, and I was unable to use the content on the website, including pictures and media. All other WPML plugins could not be updated.

Questions:
Why can't I update WPML plugins?
