I'm using the Divi theme builder and wondered if there's a way to choose modules not to translate. For example on the screenshot I've attached, I'd ideally not have the marked modules showing.
Solution: The only way to have different designs per language is to use manual translation, meaning you would need to edit the translation with Divi instead of using the WPML translation editor.
