[مغلق] Automatic translation credits locked – jobs stuck, cannot continue

Hi,

My site الرابط المخفي has 90,000 automatic translation credits already assigned.

However, WPML says that more credits are required, even though the remaining content requires only ~63,000 credits.

In WPML → Automatic Translation → Sites, it shows:
“This site has 90,000 credits. You have 0 credits available on your account.”

So the credits are assigned, but WPML does not allow using them.

I believe the credits are locked by failed or stuck automatic translation jobs.

Please:
- Cancel all automatic translation jobs
- Unlock the credits
- Reset the automatic translation queue for my site

So I can use the already assigned 90,000 credits.
