1. I’m experiencing some confusion and don’t fully understand how the credits I recently purchased are being used. I bought Prepaid Credits €50 (40,000 credits). However, after completing the payment, when I try to translate additional pages, the system still shows that I have insufficient credits and repeatedly asks me to purchase more.
It’s quite confusing how these credits are supposed to be used on the website. Every time I try to translate, the system shows an additional charge, for example:
Summary: 6,560 credits (~ €4.92 | exact pricing).
I don’t understand why I’m being asked to pay again. Did I set something incorrectly, or am I misunderstanding how the system works? As far as I know, I haven’t started using the credits I just purchased yet.
Could you please help clarify this issue for me?
2. I’ve found another issue. I can’t install WPML Media.
In the template functions, the listing categories, locations, features, and all icons that I use in the English version are not showing on the German and Thai translated pages.
In addition, many images from the Media Library are not available when I try to select images for the translated pages. I can’t find them through search and have to upload new images instead.
Could you please help me fix this issue?
