Background of the issue:
I am trying to disable translation for some products. Specifically, I want the product 'Awesome Adventures with Nizrana Farook' to be available in English only. Here is the link to the product: الرابط المخفي.

Symptoms:
The product is available in both English and Arabic, but I expected it to be in English only.
