Background of the issue:
I was attempting to create a translation of a page to Lithianian using the 'Add translation to Lithuanian' button in the pages table on my WordPress site. The issue can be seen at الرابط المخفي.

Symptoms:
Instead of being directed to the 'Advanced Translation Editor' as expected, I was redirected to the create new page screen within WordPress.

Questions:
Why am I being redirected to the create new page screen instead of the Advanced Translation Editor when trying to add a Lithuanian translation?
Is there a setting or configuration that I might be missing that is causing this redirection issue?
