Background of the issue:
I have built a multilingual website (in Hindi and English) on WordPress using the BuddyBoss theme, plugins, LearnDash LMS, WooCommerce, Elementor, Presto Player, etc. The primary language of my website is Hindi.
Symptoms:
All tools and options in the WordPress dashboard are displayed in Hindi.
Questions:

I want to Hindi is stay my website primary language but all wordpress tools and option is show in english.
How can I set the WordPress dashboard tools and options to be displayed in English only?
