Background of the issue:
I went to the translation dashboard where there is a promotion to switch from the classic editor to the advanced translation editor. It offers many advantages and links to more information at https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-the-translation-editor/switching-from-classic-to-advanced-translation-editor/. I am concerned about the impact of switching on existing translations.

Symptoms:
If I switch from the classic to the advanced translation editor, all existing verified translations are gone and replaced with AI translations.

Questions:
Why is there no warning that existing translations will be replaced with AI translations when switching to the advanced translation editor?
Can existing translations be automatically transferred into the ATE to avoid losing verified translations?

One big important warning is missing though: if you switch from the classic to the advanced translation editor, all existing verified translations are gone and replaced with AI translations. That's a huge issue. I suggest:

1) in addition to all the good stuff, also explain that existing translations will be replaced with new AI translations
2) or much better, when you switch, automatically transfer existing translation into the ATE, so you don't loose all the existing, verified/checked translations
